Our Immigration Lawyer

Olabanji Ogundero is the Principal Solicitor of Chris Alexander Solicitors. He studied law at the University of East London and worked as a Legal Practitioner in reputable law firms in London before completing his Legal Practice Course at London Metropolitan University in 2010. He qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and went to set up Chris Alexander Solicitors in 2016.

He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in immigration law spanning more than 10 years and has a reputation for providing exceptional immigration advice and services. He undertakes the majority of his own advocacy ensuring continuity of representation. He is regularly representing clients at First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal Immigration Appeal Cases.

He is a member of a number of professional organisations including the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA).

We frequently advise clients in relation to Immigration and Asylum Law, including:

  • Preparing and drafting court papers for presentation before Immigration Judges
    at both the First tier and Upper Tribunal of the Immigration and Asylum
    Chambers (IAC).
  • Preparing and filing Judicial review applications before the Higher
    courts and making legal representations on behalf of clients.

At Chris Alexander Solicitors we offer a professional service with reasonable fixed fees and flexible payment terms for all of our clients. Our firm is VAT registered (VAT No. 357588544) and VAT should be added to our fees at 20%. VAT will not be applicable if the applicant is outside the UK.

On initial consultation, we charge a one-off initial consultation fee of £100 (+ VAT).
